  • Your account has not been used excessively, abused, or shared.

  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • If the issue is due to your device’s incompatibility (we advise testing on a compatible device).

  • If your internet connection is unstable or below the minimum required bandwidth.

  • If you changed your mind after the service was activated.

  • If the service is not working due to ISP-level blocks, firewalls, or unsupported VPNs.

  • If you failed to follow the correct installation or setup process.

We recommend trying our service via a free trial (if available) or contacting support before purchasing.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@globaflix-tv.com within 7 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your Order ID, registered email, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will try to troubleshoot the problem with you first.

  4. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.


4. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

If you file a chargeback without contacting our support first, your account will be immediately terminated and blacklisted across our platform and partner services.

We encourage honest communication to resolve any issues promptly.
