  • GlobaFlix reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Refund Policy

GlobaFlix offers a 48-hour refund guarantee only in cases of non-functionality due to technical issues from our end. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer device incompatibility.

  • Poor internet connection.

  • Personal dissatisfaction after service activation.

Please test our service using our free trial (when available) before purchasing.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, IPTV services may experience interruptions due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for such disruptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes.

  • Violate copyright laws or intellectual property rights.

  • Tamper, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform.

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and intellectual property on GlobaFlix belong to the Company. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobaFlix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

Our IPTV service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our country. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Casablanca, country.
